Who We Are

Mainspring is a growing technology company headquartered in Tulsa, OK.  We sell and support Retail Point of Sale and Inventory Control systems to a number of retail industries.  Our focus is on customer service and providing our clients the means to grow their business.  We specialize in building integrations between the systems we sell and third-party systems that help businesses grow (think Ecommerce, CRM, ERP, Accounting software, Marketing Platforms, etc).

Who You Are

You’re energetic, customer-focused, good-natured, ready to help, and eager to learn.  You’ve worked in retail before, so you understand that particular industry’s day to day challenges.  You’re technology-savvy.  That doesn’t necessarily mean that you can break down and rebuild a computer; rather that you’re comfortable with tablets, PCs, mobile devices, etc.  You can envision ways to use those devices to create a more efficient working environment.  You are comfortable using our tools to remotely control a customer’s workstation to resolve problems, provide training, or configure the software.

You work well on a team.  You understand that in a smaller company, we win together, we lose together. 

You’re organized.  We have systems in place to help, but at the end of the day, you understand that we need to assist all the customers that are reaching out to us.

You’re flexible.  Because our client base is primarily retail, we often schedule work when they’re closed.  We don’t punch a clock around here, but we’ll in turn be flexible with you.  We have the same focus – take care of the customer.  Cultivate trust.  Succeed.

You’re a Saints or Chiefs fan.  This isn’t a deal-breaker.  But it can’t hurt!
